About the Greensboro Ballet
Greensboro Ballet, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) consisting of a performing company, Greensboro Ballet, and the School of Greensboro.
Greensboro Ballet, a small, but vibrant professional dance company whose artists (both local and special guest artists) share the love of expressing human thought and emotion through the international language of ballet performance. Greensboro Ballet presents two major productions each season including Greensboro's own holiday tradition, The Nutcracker, and an annual spring performance in March.
The School of Greensboro Ballet is a non-profit classical ballet school located in the heart of downtown Greensboro's cultural and artistic center, the Greensboro Cultural Center. Our goal is to offer the finest dance education to anyone wishing to learn the art of dance. All ages, races, and genders are welcome to the School of Greensboro Ballet where all our students learn the art of classical ballet and dance in an enjoyable environment of both discipline and artistic expression.
