Look for Greensboro Ballet Around the Greensboro Community!

First Friday

In collaboration with Creative Greensboro and Downtown Inc., Greensboro Ballet performs short classical and contemporary ballet works for some First Friday events. Check our social media accounts for announcements regarding any First Friday appearances.

Dance Around the World

This free class for ages 3-8 is offered in collaboration with Greensboro Downtown Parks every 2nd Saturday of the month. Meet our instructor in your play clothes at the South Lawn of the LeBauer Park in downtown Greensboro to learn about dance from a different country from around the world every month.

Community Appearances

Our dancers love to meet and greet customers of various local businesses in the Greensboro community. These appearances may or may not include a performance, a storytime with books read by our ballet characters, and/or some other type of activity related to the business we are visiting.

Upcoming Outreach Dates

National Dance Day

Come see our dancers perform as part of the Greensboro Downtown Parks' event, National Dance Day. Afterwards, our SGB instructor Kaitlynn Gruchacz, will teach a dance lesson to community guests.
